PAYMENT

You can pay for your order online using a bank card through the Fondy payment system. 
After completing the purchase, you will be directed to the page of the Fondy payment system, where you must enter your bank card details. Upon successful payment of the order, it will be issued and sent for processing. 

GIFT CARDS

On our website, you can buy a gift card for different amounts, it will be delivered to the specified e-mail address.

RETURN POLICY

RETURN 
Good quality goods can be returned within 14 days from the moment of receipt, with full preservation of the product appearance, all accessories, label and branded packaging. 
To return, send a letter to hello@kozhuhar.com and indicate the order number and date, contact phone number. After receiving the goods, we will issue a refund to your bank card within 3 working days. 
If you want to return the defective product, attach a photo in which the marriage is clearly visible to the letter. Our employee will contact you within 24 hours. If these conditions are met, we will refund or replace the product. 
The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipment. We recommend returning packages via a tracked carrier and insuring them for the full amount of the item. We are not responsible for lost parcels. 
Please note! Final Sale items and custom items are non-refundable. 

RETURN PROCESS 
Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to let you know that your return has been received and that the return has been approved or declined. If approved, your return will be processed. 
If you have not received a refund, please check your bank account and contact your credit card company. Crediting of funds after the return may take some time from 3-5 working banking days.

EXCHANGE 
Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping. If you need to exchange your purchase, write to hello@kozhuhar.com.

DELIVERY ACROSS UKRAINE
After you have placed your order on our website, you will receive a message confirming your order by mail. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation of product availability and successful payment. The shipping address cannot be changed or edited after the order has been placed.
We send by Nova Poshta carrier company to the office specified by you. Delivery is paid by the buyer upon receipt of the goods. Delivery time is 1-2 working days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the date of shipment and tracking information for your order.

We carefully package our products before shipping to ensure that the product is delivered in the best possible condition.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
After you have placed your order on our website, you will receive a message confirming your order by mail. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation of product availability and successful payment. The shipping address cannot be changed or edited after the order has been placed.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming the date of shipment and tracking information for your order.
You can order delivery by UkrPoshta to your address. The shipment will be delivered to the nearest post office. Estimated delivery times for international shipments are 7-24 business days. UkrPoshta is responsible for the delivery time and the absence of damage to the goods during delivery.

We carefully package our products before shipping to ensure that the product is delivered in the best possible condition.

You will find information about the cost of delivery during the order process.
Once delivered to the shipping address specified in your order, KOZHUHAR is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 a.m. local time Monday through Friday are usually processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays will be processed the next business day.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS DUTIES
We are not responsible for any duties, taxes or fees associated with the importation and final delivery of your order. If the shipment is rejected, we will refund you the cost of your order less the cost of return shipping.
